So last week we did this live session and it was honestly the most insane thing we've done at Exit Five.

We had the most people ever register. Dave wore a tux. The chat was going absolutely wild. There's clearly a huge appetite for seeing what marketers are actually building with AI (not just the usual "I use ChatGPT for subject lines" stuff).

But if you want the highlights, here are the 5 workflows that blew everyone's minds.

1. The “Content Concierge” GPT

Jillian Hoefer (UserEvidence) solved every content marketer's nightmare: leadership saying "great report, now repurpose this for 6 months."

Her solution? A custom GPT trained exclusively on their original research report.

How it works:

  • Uploads report to custom GPT (web search turned OFF to prevent hallucination)
  • Prompts it to recommend relevant stats for any piece of content
  • Gets 3 options with exact placement suggestions
  • Uses it for blog posts, thought leadership, sales emails, even retroactively updating old content

The result: 9+ months of extending one report's lifespan without the narrative getting stale.

2. The Animation Workflow

Jake Heaps (Domo) cracked the code on B2B mascot content without hiring animators.

His workflow:

  • Takes existing mascot design
  • Uploads to Meshy (AI 3D rendering tool)
  • Screenshots the 3D model from different angles
  • Feeds screenshots into VEO 3 (Google's video AI)
  • Generates animated clips in ~10 minutes

Now they use animated mascots in videos, ads, and trade show displays.

3. The Real-Time Sales Brief Generator

Anton Rius (Corporate Visions) built a system that gives sales hyper-current conversation starters.

His GPT pulls today’s economic trends, then creates buyer briefs for different personas (CROs, enablement leaders, PMMs) showing:

  • Market context affecting their role
  • Internal organizational pressures
  • Daily pain points
  • Tailored messaging frameworks

4. The Content Monitoring Engine

Ugi Djuric (ContentMonk) automated competitive intelligence at scale.

The system:

  • Google Sheet with RSS feeds from industry sites
  • N8N workflow checks feeds every 15 minutes
  • AI filters for relevance
  • Summarizes and sends to Slack
  • Feeds custom GPTs trained on expert insights

Built the entire workflow in 3-4 hours. Now his team gets curated expert insights without drowning in LinkedIn noise.

5. The No-code ROI Calculator

Jessica Lytle (Fractional Growth Marketer) built a construction safety ROI calculator on Lovable that AEs use during discovery calls.

Prospects input their data, see their current safety costs, and potential savings from software. Then it gets exported as a stakeholder-ready PDF.

Zero coding experience required. Built in hours, not months.

The bottom line? The best B2B marketers are using AI to build systems. To extend content lifespan. To automate research. To create assets that humans couldn't make before.

The future isn't AI replacing marketers. It's marketers like these using AI to build things that weren't possible before.
